A small studio that has to live with its own decisions.
Coderealm is a product and engineering studio in Hyderabad. We build web and mobile software for clients — and we run a product of our own, in production, with real users and real money moving through it. That second part is what makes the first part different.
We got tired of handing work over and hoping.
Every one of us has been on a project where design threw a file over a wall, engineering built something adjacent to it, and testing found out about both a week before launch. The studio exists because we wanted to stop doing that.
Client work, one thread of accountability
We took on web and mobile builds on one condition: the people who designed it would build it, the people who built it would test it, and the same people would still be there when it went live. No handovers between vendors, because the handover is where projects die.
We started building for ourselves too
Advising other people on architecture is easy when you never have to live in it. So we began building a product of our own and committed to operating it — support inbox, app stores, payments, the lot. It has been the most useful thing we've ever done for our client work.
Evento, in production, with our name on it
Membership rosters, payments that reconcile against an append-only ledger, offline check-in, role-based access and an audit log — for clubs, academies and communities across India. Every hard problem in it is one we had to be right about ourselves before we'd charge anyone else to solve it.
Five things we won't move on.
These are not aspirations. They are the terms we work under, and they are in the agreement.
You own everything from day one
Repositories, cloud accounts, store listings and domains are created in your name. We have never held a client's account hostage and we've built the process so that we couldn't.
The estimate is the price
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date, agreed per phase before work starts. Changes get re-quoted in the open. If we get an estimate wrong, that is our problem to absorb, not yours to discover on an invoice.
Testing and security aren't optional extras
They're in the price, because a build that isn't tested isn't finished. Selling them as upgrades would mean selling you something we knew was incomplete.
We say no to work we'd do badly
A small team can either take everything or do it properly. If your project needs a specialism we don't have, or a date we can't hold, we'll tell you at the first call instead of the fourth month.
We publish a support window we can hold
Weekdays, 24-hour reply. Not "24/7" on a website and voicemail in practice. Where a system genuinely needs on-call, that gets agreed and paid for as its own thing.
The product that keeps us honest
Evento gives clubs, academies and communities the parts a WhatsApp group was never going to hold — a roster, money that reconciles, and a record of who actually turned up. We designed it, built it, shipped it to both stores and answer its support mail. When we tell you offline sync is harder than it looks, or that store review will eat a week, it's because it did.
Come and tell us it can't be done.
A project, a rescue of something half-built, a security review before a customer audit, or a second opinion on a quote you've been given. Twenty minutes is usually enough for both of us to know.
