Tell us what has to exist by when.
A project, a rescue of something half-built, a security review before a customer audit, or a second opinion on a quote you've been given. We reply on weekdays, inside 24 hours, and it will be one of the people who'd actually do the work.
- Within 24 hours — a reply from one of us, not an auto-responder
- A 20-minute call to understand the scope and the deadline
- A written scope with a fixed price and a fixed date
- You decide. No follow-up sequence, no chasing
- What the software has to do, in a sentence
- Your deadline, and what is driving it
- Whether anything already exists to build on
- Roughly what budget you're working to
Send us a message
Email and a message are all we need. The rest helps us reply usefully.
Two things people usually want to know.
Do you take small projects?
Yes, and we'd rather do a small one properly than a large one badly. An audit or a single-phase build is a perfectly good place to start — it is also the cheapest way for both of us to find out whether we work well together.
Will you tell me if I don't need you?
We will. If an off-the-shelf tool solves your problem for a tenth of what a build costs, saying so is worth more to us than the invoice — it is usually why people come back with the project that genuinely does need building.
