Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Coderealm is a software studio based in Hyderabad, India. For anything in this policy, contact us at admin@coderealm.app or +91 83338 55889.

To be completed before publication: the registered legal entity name, registered address, and — once registered — GSTIN. These identify the data controller and must be stated here.

2. What we collect

Only what you send us. The contact form asks for a first name, last name, email address, phone number and your message. Email and message are required; the rest are optional and only help us reply usefully.

If you email or phone us directly, we hold that correspondence for the same reasons and for the same period.

3. What we do not collect

• No cookies. This site sets none — not for analytics, not for preferences, not for advertising. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixels, no session recording, no heatmaps.
• No third-party requests. Every font, stylesheet, script and image is served from coderealm.app. No external service sees your IP address as a result of your visiting this site.
• No advertising, ever, and no profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Why we hold it, and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to carry out the work and the contract with you. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we rely on your consent — given when you choose to submit the form. Where you are in the UK or EU, the equivalent bases are consent and, once we are working together, performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

5. Where it goes

The form submits to a script on our own server, which sends the contents as an email to admin@coderealm.app. Nothing is written to a database on this site. The mail is then held in our email provider's mailbox in the ordinary way.

• Our hosting provider processes the request in order to serve the site and deliver the mail, and keeps standard server logs.
• Our email provider stores the resulting message so we can read and reply to it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else, and we do not add you to a marketing list. If you write to us once, you will not start receiving things you did not ask for.

To be completed before publication: name your hosting and email providers here, and state whether they process data outside India. Both are currently known to you and not to this document.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted. Records relating to work we actually did for you are kept as long as the law requires for tax and contract records, and no longer.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to admin@coderealm.app and we will action it within 30 days. There is no charge, and we will not ask you why.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the UK or EU.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the enquiry inbox is limited to the people who need it. We are a small team and we do not copy your details into other systems.

9. Evento is covered separately

Evento is our own product and a different thing to this website. It has users, accounts and payments, so it has its own privacy policy served from the Evento domain — this policy does not cover it. If you use the Evento app, read that one.

10. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. We do not keep a public archive of previous versions; if you need one, ask and we will send it.
