Priced on what you're actually running.
Two price lists, because Evento is used two ways. If you produce events — a wedding company, an agency, a committee running the annual festival — you pay for the events you have in flight. If you run a membership, you pay for the size of your roster. One organisation, one mode, one basis of charge.
Priced on concurrent active events
An event is active from the moment you start planning it until it's completed or cancelled. Finish one, start another — the count is what's in flight, not what you've ever run. Crew seats are unlimited on every tier, because charging per person punishes exactly the behaviour we want.

Several brands or business units under one roof, each with its own crew and its own events, reporting up. Scoped and quoted with you.
Your client pays you. You pay your vendors. Evento keeps the record of both — quoted, paid, outstanding — and never sits in the middle of it. That means no payment-aggregator account to open, no settlement delay, and nobody new holding your event budget. It is one of the better things about this product, not a limitation.
Priced on active members
Clubs, academies and studios collecting dues from members. This half needs us to move money on your behalf, which needs a payment-aggregator licence we have deliberately deferred until the first half of the business is paying for itself. The prices are published now so nobody has to guess later.
Roster, events, roles and check-in for a small group.
Dues and event fees, the ledger, the treasurer's view.
Same product, bigger roster — ₹12.50 per member.
Hundreds of monthly fees — ₹10 per member.
In this category, the sticker price is rarely the price.
Event and club software in India routinely lands 40–60% above what was quoted, once setup charges, SMS packs, WhatsApp add-ons and gateway cuts are added. That is the comparison worth making.
| What moves the bill | Typical category software | Evento |
|---|---|---|
| Price published | Often quote-only | On this page |
| Charged per seat | Per user, per month | Unlimited crew |
| Cut of money moving | Commission on top of the gateway | 0% |
| SMS / WhatsApp credits | Metered, bought in packs | None to buy |
| Setup fee | Charged, and rarely waivable | ₹4,999, waived on annual |
| Exporting your own data | Premium tier, or a support ticket | Every paid tier |
| Advertising in the app | Common in free tiers | Never, at any scale |
A payment link and a GST invoice. No card on file, no auto-renewal to remember to cancel, no billing portal to learn. We're onboarding the first customers by hand on purpose — when that stops being sensible, we'll build the machine, and you'll still be able to leave with your data on any day.
The ones worth asking.
What counts as an "active event"?
Anything not yet completed or cancelled — so an event counts from the day you start planning it until the day you close it out. A wedding you're running in March counts from January. One you finished last year doesn't count at all, and it stays in your records for good.
What happens if we go over our event count?
Nothing switches off mid-event. We talk, and you move up from your next invoice. On annual prepay you finish the year you've paid for. We'd rather you tell us you're busy than quietly close events early to stay under a number.
Do you charge per user?
No. Crew seats are unlimited on every production tier. Charging per person would make you think twice about adding the freelancer who only works two events a year — which is exactly the person who most needs to see the list.
Can we collect registration fees from attendees?
Not yet, and we're being straight about why. Taking money on your behalf makes us a payment intermediary, which is a licensing conversation we have deliberately deferred. Today Evento records money — what the client owes, what each vendor was quoted and paid — without touching it. If collection is essential to you, tell us: demand from customers is exactly what moves it up the list.
What is the Founding tier, honestly?
Studio capacity at half the price for the first ten customers, locked for twelve months. At the point you sign, tasks and vendors are not built — you're buying the event lifecycle, approvals, crew roster and roles, share pages and check-in, plus a roadmap you get to shape. That trade is the whole deal, and we'd rather say it out loud than let you discover it.
When does the membership pricing switch on?
When we can move money properly, which means a payment-aggregator licence and the verification capacity to go with it. We put that after the production half of the business deliberately — it is slow, external work, and doing it first would have meant months with no revenue. Tell us you want it and you'll go on the list.
Why is the setup fee waived on annual?
Because the fee pays for hours, and annual prepay pays for them a different way. It's charged only when one of us actually does the work — bringing your events and crew over, sitting with you through your first real one. Set it up yourself and it is ₹0, forever.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it — events, crew, roster, ledger and per-org audit log, on every paid tier, any day, without asking us. A record you can't take with you isn't a record.
What support do we actually get?
Weekdays, with a reply inside 24 hours, from the people who built it. We'd rather publish a window we can hold than imply a 24/7 desk that doesn't exist. Onboarding and your first event are done with you on the phone.
Will there ever be ads?
No. Not a banner, not an interstitial, not a sponsored row in your crew list or your search results, and we won't sell or rent anyone's details. The paid tier is how this works as a business.
Who is behind Evento?
Coderealm — a small product and engineering studio. Evento is our own product, built and run by the same people who answer the phone.
Tell us what you're running right now.
How many events you have in flight, and where the list of what still needs doing lives today. We'll tell you which tier you're in, what it costs with tax, and whether it's honestly worth it for you yet.
