Six events in flight.
One place that knows what's done.

Wedding companies, event agencies and committees run their events on a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and one person's memory. Evento gives that work somewhere to live — the whole event lifecycle with approvals, your crew and what each of them can do, public pages and check-in on the day. Without ever touching your money.

The job

Where does the list of what still needs doing live?

Ask anyone producing events and the answer is a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group, or one person's head. All three work right up until the week everything happens at once — and none of them can tell you what has not been done yet.

Today

The plan is in one person's head

They know the florist is confirmed and the car isn't. When they're on another event, or they leave, that knowledge leaves with them.

Today

Nobody outside can see progress

So the client rings to ask, and someone spends twenty minutes assembling an answer that was never written down anywhere.

Today

Last year's event taught you nothing

You ran almost exactly this event twelve months ago. None of what you learned is anywhere you can reuse, so you rebuild it from scratch.

What Evento does today

Three things, each one already built.

Not a roadmap. Everything below is written and running now. What is not built yet is on the roadmap, labelled as such, and we say so on sales calls before you ask.

01

An event that moves through stages

Draft, sent for approval, published, registration open, closed, settled, done. Each move is a real state with real permissions — so "who can publish this" is a setting, not a conversation.

7 stages · Approval gate · Auto-advance · Soft cancel

02

A crew with real permissions

Build the team from your roster, give each role exactly what it should reach, and add the freelancer who works two events a year without thinking about the bill — seats are unlimited on every tier.

Custom roles · Crew groups · Unlimited seats · Audit log

03

The door works on the day

Check guests in by tapping a name or scanning a QR pass. Idempotent, so a double tap is harmless, and it queues offline — a banquet hall basement with no signal is the normal case, not the edge case.

Name tap · QR pass · Offline queue

Walk through every screen

The question nobody has an answer to

What happens to all of this when the committee changes next year?

The spreadsheet isn't bad. It is just personal — it lives in one person's drive, in one person's head, and it leaves when they do. For a committee that hands over annually by election, that is the whole problem in one sentence.

A chat and a spreadsheet

  • The crew is whoever is still in the group
  • Last year's running order is in someone's old export, if anywhere
  • Who did what was never written down
  • Handover is a folder and a long phone call
  • One person is the single point of failure

With Evento

  • The crew is the crew, with roles and history
  • Every event you have ever run is still there, in full
  • Every approval and check-in is stamped against a name
  • Handover is changing who holds the admin role
  • Export the lot, any day, no support ticket
Who it's for

People who deliver events, not people who attend them.

If an event is a project your team delivers — with a crew, a deadline and someone outside waiting to hear how it's going — this is built for you.

Wedding & event companies

Planners, decorators and small agencies with three to fifteen events running at once, a crew that changes per event, and clients who want to know where things stand.

The event company case →

Temple & community committees

The annual festival, the cultural evening, the hall booking. Produced by volunteers, handed over to a new committee every year, and rebuilt from memory each time.

Built for handover →

Corporate event teams

Offsites, launches and conferences. Usually run through an agency — and if that's you, your agency can bring you in as a viewer rather than emailing you a deck every Friday.

Via your agency

Clubs, academies & studios Later

Memberships and dues are the other half of Evento. That half needs us to move money for you, which we have deliberately put after this one.

The promise

No ads. Not now, not at scale, not ever.

You will open this app in a car park with one bar of signal, checking forty people in before a match starts. That is not a moment for an interstitial. So there aren't any, and there is no version of the plan where there are — we sell the product to you rather than selling you to somebody else.

  • ✕
No advertising, of any kind No banners, no interstitials, no sponsored rows in your roster or your search results.
  • ✕
Your contacts are not a mailing list We do not sell your crew's or your guests' details, rent them, or market to them on our own behalf.
  • ✕
No SMS packs, no credits, no surprises One published price per band. Nothing metered, nothing to top up mid-season.
  • ✕
We never touch your money Your client pays you, you pay your vendors. Evento keeps the record and stays out of the middle of it.
  • ✕
No chat you have to migrate to Keep WhatsApp. Evento holds the parts a chat was never going to hold.
  • ✕
No lock-in Events, crew, roster and ledger export on every paid tier. Leaving is a button, not a support ticket.
How it works

An afternoon to set up. Then it just keeps the record.

Create the organisation

Eight fields, live straight away as a listed org. Invite people and run events before anyone verifies anything.

Bring the roster over

Invite by link, import in bulk, or approve join requests. Assign roles so the producer isn't also the only person who can approve anything.

Run the first real event

Publish it, share the link into the group chat, take registrations and money, check people in, settle up. The record writes itself.

The first ten customers get Studio capacity at ₹2,499 a month, locked for a year, and a direct line to the people building it. In exchange we want your objections — loudly, while it still costs nothing to change course.
